Not from a perfect plan. Not from a straight line. From starting, deciding, getting things wrong, adapting and building again.

I have always been more interested in making things real than talking about what could exist.
Entrepreneurship has never felt like a job title to me. It is a way of thinking: notice a problem, imagine a better version, then do the work required to make it exist.
Over the years, that instinct has taken different forms: companies, digital products, mobility projects, books, experiments and ideas that sometimes worked exactly as intended and sometimes taught me something more useful.
The common thread has always been simple: build, learn, share.

Learning by doing
Most of what shaped me as an entrepreneur came from doing the work itself: finding customers, making decisions with incomplete information, changing direction when reality demanded it and taking responsibility for the outcome.
That is why I have always valued practical experience over theory alone. Ideas matter, but execution is where assumptions become facts.

Building with technology
Technology became one of the tools I use to turn those ideas into something useful. I am especially drawn to products that simplify complex systems, make information more trustworthy or help people make better decisions.
That led me deeper into mobility, automotive data, software and AI, not because the technology itself is the destination, but because of what it can make possible when it solves a real problem.

The things I am building now
Today, my work sits at the intersection of technology, mobility and human performance. Different projects, different markets, but the same obsession: create something that is genuinely useful and make it better through contact with reality.

Why I share what I learn
At some point, keeping the lessons to myself stopped making sense. I had accumulated notes on decisions, mistakes, shortcuts, principles and patterns that kept repeating across projects.
That became 100 Tips pour devenir un Super Entrepreneur, and it also became a broader part of what I do today: mentoring founders, writing and sharing the parts of entrepreneurship that are usually less visible from the outside.

Still building
I do not see the story as finished. I am still building companies, testing ideas, changing my mind, learning from people who are better than me at specific things and trying to improve the quality of the decisions I make.
The objective is not to look like an entrepreneur. It is to keep creating things I believe should exist.
The story is still being written.
What matters to me now is the same thing that mattered at the beginning: build things I believe in, stay curious enough to change, and share what proves useful along the way.
