One tip a day
Read one idea every day and let it become part of your habits.
THE BOOK
A practical book about entrepreneurship, mindset and execution. Written from experience, not theory.
WHY I WROTE IT
I love entrepreneurship for what it really is: uncertainty, decisions, risk, failure, momentum and constant learning. After years of building companies and mentoring other founders, I wanted to put the lessons I kept repeating into one practical book. No miracle formula. No promise of getting rich in thirty days. Just ideas that can help you think better, act faster and keep going when things get uncomfortable.

THE PURPOSE
The book is designed to help entrepreneurs clarify their goals, turn failure into fuel, build useful routines, protect their focus and use their resources more intelligently. It is as much a personal-development tool as it is an entrepreneurship guide.
HOW TO USE IT
Read one idea every day and let it become part of your habits.
Use the themes to work on a specific part of your entrepreneurial mindset.
Open it anywhere. Each tip is designed to work on its own.
Use the index and find the idea that can help unlock the situation you are facing.
PREFACE
Olympic fencing champion and entrepreneur Laura Flessel draws a direct parallel between high-level sport and entrepreneurship: take risks, fail, start again, improve, and keep going until you succeed.
“With the right interpretation of Francis Hachem's advice, everyone has the real ability to become a champion of entrepreneurship.”
